And yeah lavender - with armedangels logo.

Collien in St. Catherine's Home in Mumbai.

Join the social fashion revolution...
Armedangels is an eco-friendly label, which stands for organic fashion and fairtrade and against child labour and environmental pollution. I introduced them and their philosophy here. With December the first, the tshirt designed by German TV-star Collien Fernandes will be released in the armedangels Online Shop. The amount of 5 euro will be donated with every sold tshirt to the Indian children's home St. Catherine's Home in Mumbai, which Collien Fernandes is supporting personally. The shirt print says "One Good Deed every Day", a great motto! I  fancy the pink Collien tshirt^^.
If you are interested check out their collection here. Everyone please enjoy your Sunday and start happy into the new week tomorrow!
Love,

Style inspiration

Happily I met up today with KR and JS to drink some chocolate at a café^^. During the afternoon I went on a major shopping tour to get the Christmas presents for my brothers (heey, preparation is everything!). After hours and hours I am now satisfied with my finds (cannot share them in case my bros peek into my blog!). This means I can spend the whole December on imagining their happy faces when unwrapping their presents!!! So good^^.
Later I visited Susu and had dinner with her: baguette with herbs and tomatoes with mozzarella. Our plan to work on a calender for December could not be enacted, because we are simply tired to the bones and promised each other to do it next time^^.
For this post, I uploaded a few of my current favourite fashion inspiration! (All pictures belong to H&M). Morrow is going to be a busy day, so I better hurry in my bed as soon as possible!
Love to you all,

Rum chocolate and chick peas

Mmmmhh...rice with vegetables cooked from scratch!

JoJo's African tea candle lamp.

Et voilá - Lillys new hair cut! (much shorter)

A few days ago I visited my friend JoJo to cook a pumpkin dish! We were really sad when it turned out to be not available anymore at the shops...So JoJo came up with an new idea and we started a raid in her kitchen and just put together everything we liked!! And WOW, the outcome was tasty and special, because we did not use a recipe! Sometimes those meals turn out to be the best ones! We had something oriental in mind like hummus (=Arabic chick peas dish).
It was rice with dried Italian tomatoes and eggplant together with a delicious chick pea dip!! (and many ingredients more which I gloriously forgot...-.-). I brought Spanish wine and rum chocolate along...perfect girl evening!!^^. Happy news to announce: they kept the ferrets I wrote about here. Let's cook together again soon!

Love,

PS: KR did not see any difference in my hair lenght. Men XDD
PPS: Thank you SH for repairing my favourite earring! (the one in the photo)^^

Sorry, no Pictures!

Lilly wears: (coat hm, shorts orsay, tights+glasses ca,
heels marco tozzi)

Vintage shirt and silver shawl, bracelet/necklace from ebelin.

The red lipstick did not appear on the photos as planned.

Gaga-Oh-La-La...Lilly passing of as Lady Gaga!

Dumplings for lunch: Hmmmm....

Today was rather lazy - I organized things for work and in the household. And *sneeeeze*, I am somehow infected with something (let's hope it is a ordinary flu and will disappear in a few days). For lunch I cooked my favourite dish: dumplings with forest mushroom sauce (a meal from South Germany). My mother makes the best dumplings (of course)^^. I ate so much that I seriously got a stomach ache. But it's all better now. I had my hair cut on Friday. In todays outfit I wear my hair in dumpling form (which is a coincidence, of course), so I'll upload a picture of the new lenght soon. Ahhh, again: *sneeeze*. FJ was making a fuss over taking the pictures, partly due to the fact that I won't tell him for what purpose we are shooting them! I guess I have to tell him sometime soon or he will strangle me out of curiosity...
I love that new shirt! Can't wait to wear it on a great night out with my girls^^. The new shorts are also depicted, I thought they would match well. Additionally from yesterday's prey: the black coat and the silver shawl. What do you think?
Love,

Lilly :D

Attending the Vintage Fashion Market!

Exclusive sneak preview of my thrifted treasures!

More about this fabulous Topshop dress below (I'm a lucky, lucky girl!).

Atmosphere at the fashion market: Welcome to the jungle!

A huge crowd of fashion-loving women whirling around.

Pay attention to the sequin bonnet of the woman in the middle!

Dear Jimmy Choo, I really love the sexy killer high heels you designed for H&M that have been released today in Germany! They are gorgeous and they are ... very unaffordable. (And a 10 minutes limit is not enough for shopping!)
So I had another major event to attend today:
The biannually held Vintage Fashion Market for Women! I postet about the last huge fair here. I spent there about three hours and had problems carrying home the four bags with my new treasures! Think of a hall with over 350 women who went through their wardrobe and brought... tons of clothes, shoes and bags!!! In this situation only the laws of the jungle are valid! Prepare to fight for your fave pieces!^^ Of course it also involves a lot of fun: a café and a free beauty photoshooting (probably in the new clothes). Prices are normally low and negotiable. I am very proud of my prey this time (my third time altogether):
  • 3 skirts
  • shorts
  • 3 dresses
  • a winter jacket
  • a shawl (silver)
  • 3 tshirts
  • a top (black lace)
  • a cardigan
  • 2 pullover
  • a blouse
Oh sweet heaven, this was the best day of this month! Let me explain how I got my hands onto the beautiful rasphberry coloured dress from Topshop above^^:

- I asked the owner: How much is it? (thinking: I can never afford it!)
- She said: 5 Euros should be okay!
- And I was like: OMG!! WHAT??? You've got to be kidding me! (trying to hide my surprised facial expression)
In the changing cabin a few women asked: Are you already sure about it? Where did you get it? Let me know if you are not taking it!
- Waaah, it is mine! And yes, yes, yes I am sure!
I ran back to the owner and immediately bought it - so here we are^^. This is the perfect dress ever!

I have to ask FJ tomorrow to take a few outfit shoots with the new pieces!
Love,
Lilly :D

J'aimerais tellement by Jena Lee

Scene from Jena Lee's video (Source).

Beautiful artwork by Benjamin (Source).

A painted city view in the video (Source).

Couple overviewing city lights (Source).

Jena Lee's CD cover (album: Vous remercier, Source).

New Singer Jena Lee (Source).

Jena Lee is a new singer from France (21 years). Her music style is refered to as Emo R&B. In her first song J'aimerais tellement, she collaborated with the artist Benjamin (who was born as Zhang Bin (Chinese)), who painted the stunning art for her music video. He is part of the new comic artist scene in China and recently rocking Europe. First of all I saw that artwork and instantly wanted to know who created it. Do you like it?
Watch the video for J'aimerais tellement below!
Love,
Lilly :D

This is an English version sung by two fans and featuring the official video (good quality, promise!):

And below the original French song by Jena Lee (sad song, but amazing!). (The officially released video was hidden to well, so I hope this one is okay!)

I am happy to announce that this is the #101 post! When I started blogging, reaching that number seemed never possible! So thanks for all your kind comments and support! You are great!!

Yeah, 101 posts!! Let's party on^^ (Source).
